About Gail Carter

I have been married for 45 years,have 3 sons and 1 grandson, and enjoy traveling, camping in our motor home and spending time on the Maine coast and Italy. I am so happy that I have that freedom with my business, and with technology so I can still be in touch with all my clients and their needs.
 
The luckiest people in the world are those who love their work, and I am one of the luckiest! I love meeting new people, exploring homes and land, searching and finding the perfect property for a client, and overcoming the hurdles that can appear during a real estate transaction. I enjoy the variety that a career in real estate allows and soak up all the new skills – whether it's new technology or how best to serve my clients.
 
I have been a full time Realtor since 2009 in Massachusetts, 2013 in Connecticut and 2019 in Florida, and have helped over 225 families buy and sell their biggest investment.  I love teaching my clients the process of buying or selling their home, and I am most happy when I see my client’s excitement on the day of closing. My greatest joy is calling them a year or 2 later and hearing them tell me they love where they are and they don't want to leave.
 
While many real estate agents, set their sights on selling the most expensive homes, I find my greatest accomplishment working with those at the entry and mid-level ends of the market. I find that helping first time home buyers brings more rewards than can be counted in dollars and cents. I pride myself on listening intently to what my clients truly want, and I'm not afraid to guide them to buy below their limit. The journey of finding the right home combined with the satisfaction of helping people realize their dreams of home ownership keeps me looking forward to each new client. I also enjoy helping move-up buyers and those who are relocating or searching for a second home, and can refer you all over the world!
My buyer's often thank me for my patience – both in helping them understand the entire process and in finding their perfect home. When transactions run into "bumps in the road" that cause delays, I work through them with everyone involved, and keep the transaction moving forward.
